1. Pricing and Rate Adjustments
FareCzar reserves the right to adjust prices and rates in response to changes in exchange rates or price modifications made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes, or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking. Cancellation may result in fees. FareCzar is not liable in any way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
2. Payment Processing Policy
By furnishing your credit card information and consenting to our Terms & Conditions, you empower FareCzar to facilitate the debiting of funds from your designated credit card. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer might levy currency conversion charges. Credit cards are necessary to confirm bookings for travel within 14 days.
3. Refunds
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing directly to us or through the Agent from whom the bookings were originally purchased. Refund claims must be submitted before the scheduled departure time. Once travel arrangements have commenced, no refunds will be issued for services. Please note that there is no guarantee that a refund will be available. In the event of duplicate payment for a single transaction, the excess amount will be refunded as a deposit into your FareCzar Account within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds will only be processed once received from the airline/supplier into the company’s bank account.
4. Booking Cancellation Policy
Flights booked through the FareCzar system are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the airline corresponding to the purchased airfare, rather than those of FareCzar. Typically, airfares are entirely non-refundable and non-transferable. Your specific airfare may incur airline charges or cancellation fees, either in part or in full.
5. Bespoke Cancelation Terms
Specific bookings may entail additional cancellation fees. These cancellation terms and costs are detailed alongside the pricing on the respective individual pages and will be explicitly communicated to you in writing at the time of booking.
6. Booking Modification Policy
Changes to confirmed bookings will result in a fee, with charges applied for each amendment made. These fees are separate from any charges imposed by the supplier or airline.
2. Card Charges
Kindly be aware that a card fee will be automatically added to credit card payments. This fee encompasses various expenses related to processing bookings paid for via credit card. Payments made by check or direct deposit are not subject to any fees.
4. ADM Policy
The Travel Partner will be responsible for any Agent Debit Memo (ADM) resulting from occurrences such as GDS misuse, fictitious or test names, duplicate bookings, churning for the same segment/flight/date, or failure to release or issue hold bookings before the specified time limit.
10. Credit Card Chargeback Fees
Any fees charged to FareCzar by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder’s credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.
