01 Pricing and rate adjustments
FareCzar reserves the right to adjust prices and rates in response to changes in exchange rates or price modifications made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified, or you may cancel the booking. Cancellation may result in fees. Rates quoted are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
02 Payment processing
By furnishing your credit card information and consenting to these terms, you authorise FareCzar to debit funds from the designated card. Your bank or card issuer may levy currency conversion charges. Credit cards are required to confirm bookings for travel within 14 days. A card fee is added to credit card payments. Payments by cheque or direct deposit are not subject to this fee.
03 Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to us or through the agent from whom the booking was purchased, and before the scheduled departure time. Once travel arrangements have commenced, no refunds will be issued for services. There is no guarantee that a refund will be available. Duplicate payments for a single transaction will be refunded as a deposit into your FareCzar account within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds are processed only after funds are received from the airline or supplier.
04 Booking cancellation
Flights booked through the FareCzar system are subject to the terms of the airline corresponding to the purchased airfare. Airfares are typically non-refundable and non-transferable and may incur airline charges or cancellation fees. Specific bookings may entail additional cancellation fees, which will be communicated in writing at the time of booking.
05 Booking modifications
Changes to confirmed bookings will result in a fee for each amendment. These fees are separate from any charges imposed by the supplier or airline.
06 ADM policy
The travel partner is responsible for any Agent Debit Memo resulting from GDS misuse, fictitious or test names, duplicate bookings, churning for the same segment, or failure to release or issue hold bookings before the specified time limit.
07 Credit card chargeback fees
Any fees charged to FareCzar by a payment provider arising from a chargeback or disputed charge will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.
